Born in England, I moved to New Zealand to be near my mother who was born here on the Kapiti Coast.
Working in hospitality for over 7 years, I have worked my way up to into a managerial role. This was a big accomplishment for me as a result of the goal I had set for myself. I have developed a variety of customer service skills due to working in hospitality both here in Kapiti as well as in the Cotswolds, England.
My interest in Real Estate began after visiting several open homes on behalf of my Uncle, a property investor. Whilst attending these open homes, I was able to see a wide range of houses in the market in which enabled me to gain a vast knowledge of the industry.
I am very well travelled and am able to relate well to people from all walks of life. I believe I have proved myself to be honest, reliable and trustworthy; establishing myself and my reputation here in the Kapiti community. I have a great rapport with colleagues and have gained an extensive network of contacts.
Living locally in the Paraparaumu Beach area with my partner and my cat Shadow, I enjoy spending time at the beach and supporting the local cafes. Brunch is my favourite time of the day.
I love all that the Kapiti region has to offer.
Come to me, Beth – for a sense of community.
